Our large range of whole grains and seeds include wheat, spelt, kamut, rye, barley, oats, linseed and corn polenta. We only use certified organic grains and seeds sourced from a variety of farms and millers in South Australia, Queensland and Victoria.

Certified organic sultanas and raisins are grown
in the Victorian Riverina and used in our Sprouted
Grain Raisin Loaf.

A small amount of sunflower oil is used in the bread making process. This helps develop the bread dough and improves the texture of the finished product. We only use cold pressed certified organic sunflower oil sourced from Kialla Foods in Queensland. |

In bread that requires honey we use certified
organic honey sourced from Kangaroo Island in
South Australia.

As we are very particular with our ingredients we ensure the use of filtered water and sea salt and are also pleased to advise that our cinnamon and caraway seed is also certified organic. |
