 At the Sprouted Grain Bakery we have developed a range of shell shaped rolls that are just the right size to accompany your meal. These tasty rolls are in a convenient pack of six and can be refrigerated or frozen. They are designed to Heat and Eat!
So take one straight from the fridge or freezer to warm in the microwave or oven. An ideal way of getting your daily serve of wholegrain.
